The weather was mixed at G-HD but during the ride the skies cleared and glorious weather for the rest of the day.
About 16 bikes departed G-HD via Godalming, Milford for the A3, through the Hindhead Tunnel to Liphook. Onto B2070 through Rake to Sheet turning left onto B2199, joining the B2146 all the way down to Racton. Turning left to Funtington onto East Ashling and round to East Lavant, entering the Goodwood complex through the narrow tunnel to the Aerodrome Centre and Café. Café was busy, but the food was great even though the service was slow, but we were not in any hurry. There was a lot of aircraft and helicopters moving around and taking off, including an old fighter plane that sounded awesome when it took off!
Ride back to G-HD was via the Goodwood Race Course, over to the A285 with glorious views to the Coast, winding our way up to Petworth, Chiddingfold, Milford and Godalming
