Roaming in Kent’ over night. Had a glorious day for the start of our adventure. Met for a coffee and pre ride briefing at Cobham Services at 9:00 on the Saturday 14th May,departed roughly 9:30. Couple of junctions on M25 till the A22,followed to our 1st stop of the day at Happy days cafe for more coffee and to say hello to the chickens. Continued on the A22, A27, then A259 via Hasting, Rye and Camber, arriving at Dungeness for a very hearty lunch. Great company, lovely ride and smashing scenery.
After lunch, Rob took over to led us to the Hotel in Ashford. His 1st official ride as road crew.

8 am Breakfast at The French Connection.
10am Depart to The Battle of Britain Memorial via M20 and A roads, (well worth a visit).
Lunch in the cafe and a wander around the grounds ect then departed approx 12.30pm heading home via A20-M20-M25 to Clackett services for fuel stop and coffee. Then people made their own way home. Weather ok. Later it started to rain making conditions slippery
All were Safe and made it home ok.
