Guests arriving on bikes should please access the RAU via entrance B, Stroud Road.  This will be marshalled by our Hogsback Rally Crew. Once on site, parking will also be controlled by our crew who will direct you to your parking area.  Please follow their directions for the safety of all rally guests.

Once you are parked up, you should head to the Tithe Barn where we will be ready to welcome you from 2pm with your wristband, rally welcome pack and your room key if you are staying on site.  

We haven’t issued physical tickets, but we do know who we are expecting ! If you have ordered a T shirt, please remember to bring your order copy (on your phone or in print) to collect it .

If you plan to arrive after 5pm please head to the Porters Lodge

There is a shop on site which will open at 2pm for all those bits you may have forgotten or didn’t have the room to carry. Remember that the bar and shop are cashless – so please bring a card. Please don’t bring disposable BBQs or external food onto the site, there will be a visiting food truck visiting for late night burgers or fish & chips.

Friday night is showtime courtesy of Airtight 80s – a real rocking treat and the bar is open to 2am!

 The ride out on Saturday starts by riding through the heart of Cirencester followed by a lovely loop through Cotswold countryside and villages of about 1hour 45m from the RAU and back for a hog roast. (or veg equivalent). If you would like to be part of this amazing ride, please ensure you attend the rider briefing in the marquee at 10.15 on Saturday morning.

 On Saturday afternoon we have our LOH prosecco powered games and our interchapter “Welly Wanging” (throwing) and Jenga competitions along with lots of other fun and games. As always, you are responsible for your own health & safety!

 We will be selling raffle tickets through the weekend in aid of our Hogsback Chapter Charities; the draw will take place on Saturday night. Top prize is an amazing weeks holiday donated by Eurocamp, second prize is a Harley Davidson jacket and there are plenty more great prizes to be won after that too, so make sure to get your tickets!

Saturday night is 70s Glam rock night , and of course there’s a prize for best dressed!
