We are seeking feedback and comments from members on the various aspects of running the Chapter.

Please take the time to fill out the survey so we can use the data to try to improve what we do and how we do it.

The survey is hosted by Smart Survey so all input is confidential – we have no way of knowing who fills it out.

We look forward to hearing your comments and suggestions, but whilst we can’t please all the people all the time, if you have an issue, then tell us, but also please tell us how you believe it could be resolved.
